Maya Bot is provided for personal and non-commercial use on the Discord platform. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the bot in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • Exploit, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the bot's code or infrastructure. • Spam commands or intentionally degrade the bot's performance. • Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or communities.

We strive to ensure Maya Bot is available 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. • Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. • Termination: We reserve the right to ban any user or server from using Maya Bot at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms or the Discord Terms of Service.

Maya Bot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. • The Maya Bot Team (rizx, ramkrishna0, manu, prmgvyt) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. • We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption.

If Maya Bot offers premium features or subscriptions: • Refunds are handled at the sole discretion of the administration. • We reserve the right to modify premium benefits or pricing with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Maya Bot may collect the following categories of data in the course of providing its services: a. User Identifiers Discord user IDs, usernames, and discriminators necessary for bot functionality. b. Server Information Guild IDs and channel IDs where the bot is active. c. Command and Interaction Data Commands issued to the bot and associated parameters required to process and respond to those commands. d. Message Intent Evidence Log (Temporary Storage) To support message intent analysis and improve response accuracy, Maya Bot temporarily stores a log of the last 20 messages from an interaction session. This data is held in a temporary database and is automatically and permanently deleted after 12 hours from the time it was recorded. No manual intervention is required; deletion is handled automatically by the system. This evidence log may include: • Message content submitted by the user during the session • Timestamps of those messages • Associated user and channel identifiers This data is used solely for the purpose of understanding message context and intent within an active session. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising or profiling, and not retained beyond the 12-hour window under any circumstances.

Data collected by Maya Bot is used exclusively for the following purposes: • Providing and operating the bot's core features and commands. • Analyzing message intent within a temporary session window to deliver accurate and context-aware responses. • Enforcing these Terms of Service and our usage policies. • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

• Evidence Log (Last 20 Messages): Retained for a maximum of 12 hours from the time of collection, after which it is automatically and permanently purged from our temporary database. • Other operational data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by applicable law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Request access to the data we hold about you. • Request deletion of your data prior to the automatic expiry window. • Object to or restrict certain types of data processing. Maya Bot is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to the bot, please contact us immediately.
